Former male performer Donny Long was initially arrested in Florida on November 29, 2023. He’s been behind bars all of this time. His trial has been postponed again as some of the evidence the state wants to use against him makes its way through appeals.

Donny Long now claims he’s misunderstood and that all the shit-talking he did about a judge and her daughter, which got him arrested in the first place, was just a misinterpretation of his online activity.

Prosecutors argue that Seoane’s online activity and public statements present a significant concern. They cite past posts and communications that they claim targeted public officials and law enforcement personnel, creating a risk to the judicial process. The prosecution maintains that his detention is necessary to ensure public safety and prevent interference with the case.

With the motion now before the court, the judge will decide whether Seoane can be released under specific conditions or if he will remain detained until trial.

• If the motion is granted, Seoane could be released under house arrest, GPS monitoring, or other pretrial conditions.
• If the motion is denied, he will remain in custody as the case progresses.

For those who are unaware, the 45-year-old Donny Long is a former male performer who worked in the adult industry starting in 2005 and performed in over 500 scenes.

One day, he decided to release the real (legal names) and other personal information of hundreds of female performers, then created a website where others could contribute, putting what ended up being thousands of adult performers at risk.

Donny Long would go on to do stuff like this to many people he didn’t like in his life, including one day a judge and her daughters. This was finally the act that would catch up with him. He was arrested in 2023 on a laundry list of charges and, to this day, remains behind bars.

When he was arrested, they seized a bunch of his hard drives, some laptops, and cell phones. While in custody, they finally went through all of it and found a video in his possession of someone having sex with a dog.

A source familiar with the case tells me that the video in question was actually one of the Nigel Dictator dog fucker videos featuring one of the Jane Does in the Derek Hay (LA Direct Models/Luxury Companion) case.

And that’s one of the videos that Donny Long wants the judge to deem inadmissible.

However, if that video is used against Donny Long when he goes to trial, it will become part of the court record, and the identity of the girl with the dog will become public and I promise to let you know what I find out, when or if that is the case.

For now, the Sixth District Court of Appeals will review the State’s appeal regarding the admissibility of evidence. If the appeal is successful, prosecutors may be able to reinstate critical evidence that was previously ruled inadmissible – including said doggy fucker video.
