Many content creators are upset today about some changes in terms of service on ManyVids. Specifically, they are saying no more videos that state or even imply you are having sex with a family member, which is known as Fauxcest.
Fauxcest refers to pornographic or erotic depictions of incest by actors who are merely pretending to be related but in actuality have no biological relation.
This sort of kinky or taboo roleplay has dominated porn for well over a decade.
But what about step-siblings or step-parents? Well, as of now, you can still post those; however, it should be noted that Visa and Mastercard are not happy with this type of video, and it’s really only a matter of time before they get phased out as well.
So, what is this “taboo” content everyone is talking about getting banned? Well, that’s hard to say because so many people are stating things. At least with ManyVids, when you try to post a video with a banned word, they clarify what word is banned when you try to post, but get rejected. Here is their current list of banned words.

You may notice one word not there – “sister” yet it’s clearly banned.
So again, it’s hard to say for sure what is and isn’t going to be banned, but that being said, this step-relations issue was confirmed by MV support and shared on Twitter by TinyToni.
Another user (Sasha Curves) contacted ManyVids support, and this is what she said ….
I emailed them and it seems this only applies to words written in descriptions, titles, dm, and store items. I sent another email if Video audio is still allowed to say mom,dad,sister, ect . I did not ask about thumbnails (I will do that in the next email). I asked if it is allowed to say in video/audio mom,son, daughter, sister, brother, dad ect and their response was this “We kindly ask that you ensure your content aligns with these updates, including—but not limited to—titles, descriptions, previews, and thumbnails.” so idk
So it looks like, for now, what is banned is any sort of cannabis use in videos, or any videos where you imply you are having intimate relations with your actual family, such as your mother, brother, sister, or father. But STEP family seems to be good (for now).
In addition, you can’t provide customers with access to social media or messaging platforms such as Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
No selling of used/worn panties. You must be clear when selling your panties, but you can’t reference or even suggest the presence of bodily fluids. In other words, no saying “cum soaked panteis”.

As you can see, many adult content creators aren’t happy. But sadly, this change is something we’ve seen coming for a while now. Visa and Mastercard continue to pressure these companies to comply with their own rules (not necessarily what is legal in the United States).
So consider this your official warning, the days of being able to sell fauxcest videos are numbered. Even if it’s legal in the United States, Visa and Mastercard don’t want to process for it and that is what makes it an issue.
