I read an article recently about some trouble porn star Mandy Mynx had Metro Talent Management. Long story short, she signed a contract with this agent, he didn’t get her any work so she wanted out of her contract.

Simple enough, right? No so much …..

After fighting back and forth he threatened her and then said this little nugget …

The problem? This isn’t a licensed agent so that means her contract with him isn’t valid anyway. So there is nothing for her to buy out because the contract isn’t in force. That means it’s like it never existed in the first place. So there is nothing she needs to do or pay or even worry about.

Mandy Mynx can go about her business as if she never met that crazy fucker in the first place.

So in the future if you find yourself in a similar situation just remember that if the contract wasn’t valid in the first place then you don’t have to fight with your agent over it. Save yourself the hassle and just move on. He can’t take you to court over it because he knows his contract isn’t valid.

You don’t need to buy yourself out of a contract that wasn’t valid in the first place.
