Pedophile porn star Marsha May was first arrested in 2014, where she “engaged in sexual acts” with the victims, who at the time were 12, 13 and 14 years old. Marsha May, investigators alleged, transported the minors to the home, where they later drank vodka and gin, took Xanax, and had sex.

Despite what she did, she got a hell of a plea deal, which means she only had to cop 2 two charges and got off with 10 years probation.

I want to remind you that at the time of her arrest, she had in her possession video recordings of herself and the underage children having sex. So it wasn’t like there wasn’t ample proof. This was in addition to the videos the young girls had previously posted on social media.

She takes a plea deal, gets arrested again years later, and they violate her probation.

She stayed in jail until January 29, 2021, when she pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 270 days in jail. This is a 3rd-degree felony, which makes her officially a felon (for what that’s worth). Since she spent so much time after her arrest in jail while she waited for her trial, she basically got off with time served.
