If you were to run a small business where you sold scented candles and soaps, would you hire a 3rd party to come in and handle everything for you? You just create the product, and they do everything else, even shipping them out?
Let me answer that question for you. Probably not. Because financially, something like that just doesn’t make sense. The numbers wouldn’t work.
The same thing applies to your OnlyFans. You are a small business. Your product just happens to be your vagina (and your boobs) instead of scented candles and soaps.
You are no different than the small boutique selling dresses. You are a small business. But for some reason, we don’t run our OnlyFans pages like one.
Instead, we have this idea that we have to farm everything out to a third party.
Let me talk to you today about what a big mistake that is.
No matter how big or small your OnlyFans page is, hiring a 3rd party company (a Management agency) to handle your business doesn’t make financial sense.
First, let’s define the jobs.
- Content creation (this is something only you can do)
- Loading up your content in your vault
- Keeping your vault organized with promotions and teasers
- Posting promos and teasers on your timeline
- Sending out mass DMs (unlocks), which includes writing captions for those unlocks
- Scheduling video calls
- Scheduling custom videos (getting instructions/notes from the user)
- Answering messages from your fans.
A page that makes about $100,000 a month gets about 200-300 messages a day from fans that need to be answered. That alone is going to be the most time-consuming job.
If you hire an agency, they will want at least 30%, which is $30,000 a month, to handle all the jobs listed above except creating the content itself.
OnlyFans is your business. So why are you farming everything out? It not only costs you more money, but you also lose so much control over the quality of how your business is handled.
Let’s start with the big one, the chatters. This is the real reason why most people hire someone to manage their page. Most agencies use call centers in foreign countries like the Philippines.
But what would it cost you to hire a chatter yourself, someone who is actually a native English speaker and would spend the time actually having engaging conversations with your subscribers?
$10 an hour plus 5% commission on any sales they make. A page that makes about $100,000 a month gets about 200-300 messages a day from fans that need to be answered.
Fans know you aren’t available 24/7, so you need 1 or 2 chatters to cover an 8-hour shift.
$80 a day plus 5% commission on any sales they make. This means you aren’t paying a commission on your subscribers or tips under posts or your mass DMs – PPV unlocks. This chatter is only being paid a bonus on any sales they directly make. $80 a day * 30 days in a month works out to be about $2400 a month.
Since chatters make a commission on all sales, they will also take the job of selling and scheduling your video calls and custom videos (gathering instructions and notes from the user, etc.) As they make a 5% commission on any sales they make they have a motivation to sell.
That only leaves ….
- Loading up your content in your vault
- Keeping your vault organized with promotions and teasers
- Posting promos and teasers on your timeline
- Sending out mass DMs (unlocks), which includes writing captions for those unlocks
This job is usually handled by what the agencies call account managers. I like to call them personal assistants because I give them a little extra work than a normal agency might (I add in social media, but more on that later).
A personal assistant is going to cost you about $15 an hour, but since you want someone with some skills in social media, you might want to up that to $20 an hour or $30 an hour if you only need them part-time (which most likely you will). But in our example, this is a $100,000 a month account, so they will need someone full-time, so that’s $20 an hour, which is about $3200 a month.
This person’s job will be to
- Get the content from you and load it up to your OnlyFans vault
- Keeping your vault organized with promotions and teasers
- Posting promos and teasers on your timeline
- Sending out mass DMs (unlocks), which includes writing captions for those unlocks
- Schedule out posts for social media.
Now let’s do that math.
- $2400 a month for your chatter.
- $3200 a month for your assistant (who is also helping with your social media)
- That’s $5600 (plus 5% commissions on direct sales from chatter)
So why are you paying your agency $30,000 a month? Make it make sense!
What is it your agency is doing for you that you can’t do yourself? Your OnlyFans page is a small business. You have to treat it like a serious business.
You need to find people who work for you that YOU can control the quality of their work.
Who says, “I’d rather shell out an extra $20,000 a month to have people do my job for me?”
If you want to be a success, you need to try your OnlyFans page like the business it is. You have to get involved in managing your page. How many agencies do girls go through? That’s because most of them suck. They don’t care about you. They try to force your page into their system. But that doesn’t always work.
With an OnlyFans management agency, you get no control of what’s really going on with your page (the day-to-day operations), but it’s your business, that’s exactly what you should have a say in.
I get that finding reliable chattters who are native English speakers isn’t easy. But it’s worth the effort. You are giving up far too much money.
But let’s look at a smaller account and do those same numbers.
An account that does $20,000 a month will have to pay $2,400 (+5% commission) for a chatter but she might not need a full time assistant. So that cuts that expense in half..
- $2400 a month for your chatter.
- $1600 a month for your assistant (who is also helping with your social media)
- That’s $4000 (plus 5% commissions on direct sales from chatter)
$20,000 a month with an agency, would make you will be paying them $6,000 to $8,000 (30%-40%).
So do you want to pay $4,000 a month or $6,000-$8,000?
But it’s not just about spending less money. By having these people working directly for you, you control the quality of their work.
And as a direct result of having better chatters your earnings will go up. So you’ll be making more money while spending less money.
So, how do you find these people? Telegram.
If you don’t have Telegram yet, get it. Just remember to use your stage name when you are creating your profile.

Now, spend some time looking for the person you want, sexters or assistants.
You can also post your own ad. Here’s what I’ve used before when working for other models and needed to help them hire a chatter.
✨ In search of an OnlyFans Sexter ✨
As an OnlyFans sexter, you will engage with subscribers on the OnlyFans platform and act on behalf of the model. 💗 This position is for a really hot brunette MILF⭐️
➡️ Must have experience as a sexter
➡️ 20% Commission
➡️ 2% Page – Active Subscribers
Not only must you speak English, but you MUST possess a Western standard of English and strong communication skills. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE.
❤️🔥 DM me with your availability and tell me.
Don’t just hire anyone who says they speak English, because let’s be real, people lie. I can’t tell you how bad some of these chatters are.
Go through your DMs and look at the last 20 messages a fan has sent you. Write them down in a document and send them to the chatter you are thinking of hiring. Ask her how she would respond.
- Make sure you are interviewing an individual, not an agency or group.
Now look at their answers and see if there is something you don’t like. Make corrections and decide if you want to move forward with their person on a trial basis. Yes, they get paid, but the trial, but you are making it clear you want to see if the two of you will work out and vibe.
Now, at this point, I forgot to mention that you need software like SuperCreator.App that allows you to manage your account with assistants without having to give them access to your account.
If you can also use Fan Metric, which is very similar to the SuperCreator.App with a few notable differences. The big one to me is the “online fans” feature.
With Fan Metric, they create a group called Online Now, which puts anyone who has been online in the last hour in that group, and that allows you to message anyone in that group with a message like Hey, I see you’re online right now, let’s have some fun.
And that’s okay, but SuperCreator.App automates that for you, which is so amazing. Basically, you click a button that says “message online fans” and then write up something like…
“Hey baby like my new panties? Want to see what they look like when I take them off?”
Then set a time. Say your chatter is going to be online for the next 8 hours. So you set this feature to go for the next 8 hours. So now every time a fan logs into their OnlyFans accounts for the next 8 hours, it will send them your automated message, in hopes that it catches their attention and they reply. Then your chatter can use that as an opening to start sexting and making you even more money.
With the SuperCreator.App, if the guy logs in 7 times in the next 8 hours, it will only send him the automated message once during that cycle. So you aren’t spamming the guys with the same message.
With Fan Metric, it just keeps putting him into the online fans group, so not only do you have to message those people manually, but you could likely message the same person multiple times in a shift with the same message.
The message online fans feature can really make a major difference in engaging your fans and getting them chatting with your team.
Now, back to your chatter. They log into your account only through the software, and that means they don’t have access to any of your banking information. This is a huge plus. It also tracks their sales and messages for you.
Pay close attention for the next few days to every message they send to your subscribers. Look at how they respond. My personal pet peeve is abbreviations. Don’t say bby say BABY. Spell that shit out.
If you catch them making a mistake, you can gently correct them, but if you see this person just isn’t right for you, you can remove them from your account with the simple click of the “remove” button.
What about your assistant?
Some creators, once they hire a chatter, find they don’t need an assistant (or want one) and realize they can save that money by scheduling their mass DMs themselves. If you want to hire someone to help you schedule your PPV messages and social media posts, that’s up to you. But you hire them the same way you do a chatter, through Telegram.
There are tons of girls who are willing to work for you as an assistant in those groups I listed above. You give them access to your account through the same software. Instead of giving them permissions as a “chatter,” you make them an account manager, which gives them a few extra permissions to organize your vault, etc.
So now it’s time to sit down and really ask yourself, why are you paying an agency when you could just hire the help you actually need for a fraction of the cost?
