KTLA5 which is a local news station in Southern California is reporting that porn star Gianna Dior has had a run-in with the law, specifically the California Department of Justice with assistance from the Los Angeles County Sherrif’s department. This all went down on May 5th.
According to ot the news report, she recently attempted to buy some ammunition and that triggered them to run a background check on her, and they deemed her “unfit to posses a firearm”.
I’m not sure if this actually ended up in an arrest, as others are suggesting, but it does appear she had a run-in with the law when they showed up at her door with a search warrant in hand and seized some of her personal property. Below is the actual photo of items seized from Gianna Dior.
Woodland Hills: On May 4, California Department of Justice special agents, with assistance from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, executed a search warrant at the residence of (GIANNA DIOR). (GIANNA DIOR) had recently attempted to purchase ammunition. The search resulted in the confiscation of one handgun and two standard magazines.
So why was she unfit to own a firearm?
All search warrants were conducted in homes, officials said. The attorney general’s office did not provide further information about the individuals’ backgrounds.
“Our commonsense law requiring background checks for ammunition sales not only can save lives, it keeps our communities safe,” Attorney General Xavier Beccera said after announcing the stay on the injunction last week. “Violent criminals and people with serious mental illnesses shouldn’t be able to get their hands on ammunition.”
We were unable to determine if they considered Gianna Dior a violent criminal or someone with a serious mental illness.
The 2019 Penthouse Pet of the Year or her agent Mark Spiegler could not be reached for comment at the time of this posting.
