Male performer Oliver Flynn was arrested Friday after an alleged assault on former AVN Female Performer of the Year nominee Maddy May at her home near Denver.
Oliver Flynn, who has not appeared in scenes for over a year, also worked in gay pornography under the name “Timothy.” So what has he been up to? Maddy May said he had expressed ambitions to run for political office, a move she strongly opposed.
“He shouldn’t be in porn, and he shouldn’t be in politics,” May said. “Nothing about that would be good for any woman, any gay person, or any liberal. And those are his words.”
He’s been posting obsessively about right-wing politics on social media for a while now.
According to Maddy May, the incident occurred around 12:30 p.m., when she locked herself in her bedroom during what she described as a “verbal rampage” by Oliver Flynn. She said Flynn punched through the door, forcing it open and striking her side, leaving visible marks on her legs.
“I was terrified,” May said. “When you hear that recording, you can piece together context on how he treated me and how he spoke to me so many times besides just today.”
May provided a video of the incident to PornCrush and said she went outside to call the police. She waited with a neighbor until six officers arrived and arrested Flynn.
A Douglas County Jail spokesperson confirmed the 32-year-old Oliver Flynn has been charged with third-degree assault and domestic violence. His first court appearance is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 16, at 2 p.m.
Under Colorado law, third-degree assault is a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by up to 364 days in jail, a fine of up to $1,000, or both. However, because the charge is tagged as an act of domestic violence, a conviction would also require mandatory domestic violence counseling and could result in probation with strict conditions. Judges may impose additional restrictions, such as no-contact orders, firearm relinquishment, and supervised probation, depending on the circumstances and the defendant’s history.
May said Friday’s confrontation was not the first instance of abuse since the pair began dating in November 2024. She claimed friends urged her to end the relationship shortly after Flynn moved into her home in February.
The performer, who was nominated for AVN Female Performer of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, stepped away from adult film work earlier this year to pursue a boxing career. She won her professional debut in April and is currently training for her next fight.
Oliver Flynn has had many issues in the adult industry over the span of his career. His recent arrest is only the latest. Chances are, he won’t be in jail long and will no doubt attempt to make a comeback in porn to make some money.
Please be careful of working with him. A leopard doesn’t change its spots.
Turns out others have their own Oliver Flynn stories. Here is what one female performer had to say about her experience with him.
A few others have contacted me privately to share their own experiences; let’s just say none of them have been good. One of them said, “He’s got anger issues, but I think it stems from fighting who he really is. I think he’s attracted to me and doesn’t know how to come to terms with those feelings.”
Others have talked about meeting him while in Florida, and each of them had bad experiences with him.
“He’s very aggressive,” one said. “When you reject him or don’t immediately warm up to his advances, he freaks out.”
One went on to say that she was sure he had a secret crush on his former agent, and when she brought it up, Oliver Flynn got physical with her. I asked her to come forward to share her full story, but she still fears him and his friends. But I’ll update you if she does later decide to come forward.
